Apartment Reservation Policies:
- Apartment Rates are based upon 4 persons per room (including children). All additional person - $20 per day, per person or $140 per week
- Porta Crib $8 per night - Cot $8 per night
- Memorial Day Weekend - 3-Day minimum
- Columbus Day Weekend - 3-Day minimum
AARP discount valid January 1 - June 10, Sept 7 - Dec. 30 = 10%. All rates subject to change. All rates subject to 7% Maine Sales Tax. All units feature in-room phones, color cable Television, or full kitchens with microwaves, air conditioning, all with baseboard heat, indoor heated pool, hot tub, free parking on the premises. Two guaranteed parking places per unit, unless otherwise requested. Contact us with your specific needs. Off Season and special vacation packages and discounts available.
Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of $250 will apply to cancellations made more than 1 month prior to arrival. Cancellations made less than 1 month advance notice will result in loss of deposit.
