Apartment Reservation Policies:

• Apartment Rates are based upon 4 persons per room (including children). All additional person - $20 per day, per person or $140 per week
• Porta Crib $8 per night - Cot $8 per night
• Memorial Day Weekend - 3-Day minimum
• Columbus Day Weekend - 3-Day minimum

AARP discount valid January 1 - June 10, Sept 7 - Dec. 30 = 10%. All rates subject to change. All rates subject to 7% Maine Sales Tax. All units feature in-room phones, color cable Television, or full kitchens with microwaves, air conditioning, all with baseboard heat, indoor heated pool, hot tub, free parking on the premises. Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of $250 will apply to cancellations made more than 1 month prior to arrival. Cancellations made less than 1 month advance notice will result in loss of deposit.
