Some of our rooms offer two rates. The top is our daily rate. The bottom line is our 3 day special. NA indicates that the 3-day special is not available during that period.

Motel Room Reservation Policies:

• Children under 12 are FREE (2)
• Additional Person (over 12) - $20
• Porta Crib $8 per night - Cot $8 per night
• Memorial Day add $25 per day
• Columbus Day Weekend add $25 per day

AARP discount valid January 1 - June 10, Sept 7 - Dec. 30 = 10%. All rates subject to change. All rates
subject to 7% Maine Sales Tax. All units feature in-room phone, color cable television, microwave, refrigerators or
full kitchens, air conditioning, baseboard heat, daily maid service, indoor heated pool, hot tub, free parking on the premises. One guaranteed parking place per unit please, unless otherwise requested. Contact us with your specific needs. Off Season and special vacation packages and discounts available.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 14 days in advance for refund of deposit - less $50 administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance will result in loss of first night's deposit.
